• While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, some bricks may sustain damage during transit. It's recommended to allow for some wastage by ordering between 5% and 10% more than needed to avoid project delays.
• Deliveries of four packs or fewer are conducted via a tail lift lorry and unloaded using a manual pump truck for kerbside delivery. Please ensure a flat concrete road surface is available for unloading and moving bricks, as these vehicles cannot operate on slopes, grass, soft road surfaces, or gravel roads.
• Deliveries of five packs or more are facilitated using a crane off-load vehicle, except in cases of challenging access. Crane offload delivery to certain regions is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If a crane-mounted lorry is unavailable for an extended period, alternative arrangements may be made, potentially incurring additional costs and delays.
